Reports and accreditation decisions prepared for health sciences programs, which are externally evaluated by SAK to be accredited, are open to appeal. How the institutions running the program can exercise their rights is explained in detail in the Objection and Complaints Directive.
As an organization, our aim is to achieve excellence by maximizing the level of reliability and consistency in the program evaluation and accreditation processes we carry out. Continuous improvement, one of the basic components of quality assurance, is our strategic and unlimited goal. Efforts are being made to increase the quality of service provided to you day by day, with the works carried out by following the PUKÖ cycle.
Your appeals and complaints will be answered within the legal deadlines in accordance with the Objections and Complaints Directive.
