Duties and Powers of the Board of Directors
- Representing the association or authorizing one of its members or a third party in this regard,
- To carry out transactions regarding income and expense accounts and to prepare the budget for the next period and submit it to the general assembly,
- Preparing the regulations regarding the activities of the association and submitting them to the approval of the general assembly,
- To implement the decisions taken in the general assembly,
- At the end of each activity year, to prepare the association's business account table or balance sheet and income statement and the report explaining the work of the board of directors, to present it to the general assembly when it meets,
- To ensure the implementation of the budget,
- To determine the wages of the personnel who will work in the association.
- To decide the establishment of committees and sub-committees and authorizing these committees.
- Buying, selling, renting, leasing, and establishing the same right on immovables needed for activities
- Deciding on recruiting or dismissing members from the association,
- To take and implement all kinds of decisions within the scope of its authority to achieve the purpose of the association,
- Performing other duties assigned by the legislation and using the powers,
Duties and Powers of the President
- Is the obedience supervisor of the association, representing the association and chairing the board of directors,
- Prepares the agenda of the board meetings,
- Creates temporary commissions for short, medium and long term works,
- Carries out the service and working areas of the association within the scope of laws, statutes and regulations,
- To carry out the works and transactions related to the annual income-expense accounts, to prepare the budget for the future periods,
- It prepares the regulations within the scope of the working areas required by the association's statute within the scope of the laws and presents them to the authorized bodies of the association
- Carries out the work and transactions authorized by the board of directors,
Duties and Powers of the Secretary
- In cases where the president is not present, in cases appointed by the president, he acts for the presidency,
- Conducts all correspondence of the association,
- Prepares the work programs of the association with the president,
- Submits a report to the board of directors on the activities of the association,
- Keeps the official documents required to be kept by the association,
- Carries out the registration of members to the association,
- Performs other duties assigned by the president,
Duties and Powers of the Treasurer
- Carries out the income-expense account of the association,
- Ensures that member dues are collected on time and in full,
- Organizes the mandatory inventory book and documents,
- Prepares the financial budget and presents it to the board of directors,
- Makes the expenses of the association with the approval of the president,
- Performs other duties assigned by the president,
Duties and Powers of the Member
- To fulfill the duties assigned by the legislation and to use the powers,
- To carry out other duties assigned by the president,
Duties and Powers of the Supervisory Board
- To audit and report whether the financial activities of the association are carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations.
- To examine association records and legal books individually or collectively with board members
- The Board reports the results of the inspection to the Board of Directors every six months at the latest and to the General Assembly when it meets.
- Upon the written request of 1/10 of the members of the association, it makes an investigation on a specific subject and makes an attempt to initiate legal action, if necessary.
- Makes its decisions with absolute majority.
