For real persons;

           - Membership form (Download here)

           - Two passport photos

           - Certified photocopy of graduation certificate

           - Copy of identity card (Download here)

For legal entities;

           - Membership form (Download here)

           - Two passport photos (of the person to represent)

           - Certified photocopy of the graduation certificate (of the individual to represent)

           - Copy of identity card (of the individual to represent) (Download here)

           - Representation authorization certificate

All of the above documents must be sent to İvedik Caddesi Tepe Altı Mahallesi Serin Sokak No: 2/4 EGS Center Yenimahalle Ankara.

When your membership application is approved, you will be informed about the payment of the entrance fee.
